The base of the covered bed consists of a soft pad, allowing the dog to sleep or rest comfortably. The sides and top of the bed also usually consists of a soft material like fleece. Some dogs won’t like the idea of a covered bed. They won’t want to crawl inside the enclosure. However, other dogs appreciate the snug feeling of the enclosed bed.
